    I was encouraged by Charlene's outlook. However, there seemed to be significant skepticism and/or confusion in the audience about the practical use of social networks for startups and smaller companies. We build social content for product companies, including startups, and I can tell you that you CAN sell products and reach customers on Facebook and others. For those who attended (or other TT members), feel free to call me and I'll go over specific startup/small company examples/data.
