“ A well done event: both panelists presented different experiences in terms of how they were using social media both from a PR perspective as well as how social media was used across the organization. It'd be gerat to do a follow-up event, or perhaps a series, with every panel having a different focus since last night revealed the "social media" topic to be quite broad (connecting with customer groups, PR, virtual conferences, etc). Definitely worth the commute down from SF though! thanks Jen and team! ”
